THE "THAR GHEE"
Crafted from the pure milk of indigenous Tharparkar cows who graze freely across 1,000 hectares of herbal Thar desert pasture.
Jaisalmer's native desert pasture hosts 66 types of fodder trees, 43 types of native grasses (led first by the legendary, protein-rich Sewan Grass, followed by Dhaman Grass, Karad, and Murat), 45 types of leguminous plants, and more than 100 desert medicinal herbs (including Guggul, Ashwagandha, and Shankhpushpi). The sacred Tharparkar cow ingests these potent herbs, imparting incomparable therapeutic vitality to her A2 milk.
The 5-Step Vedic Bilona Process:
- Ahimsa Milking: Calves nurse first to full contentment. Only modest remaining milk is collected.
- Clay Pot Simmering: Milk is simmered slowly over gentle cow-dung cake fires.
- Whole Curd Setting: Inoculated with pure cultures to form rich whole curd overnight.
- Two-Way Wooden Churning: Curd is hand-churned with a traditional wooden bilona into makkhan (fresh butter).
- Slow Golden Clarification: Butter is gently clarified into fragrant, granular, golden Ayurvedic ghee.

Hand-churned from curd of grass-fed Tharparkar cows in Kathodi pasture. Rich in Omega-3, CLA, and fat-soluble vitamins.

Crushed at slow room-temperature speed (below 38°C) using working bullocks. Retains full natural pungent allylisothiocyanate aroma.
